A special moment for our winery. We planted our very first Barbera d'Asti vines here in Fubine Monferrato! This new addition completes our organic DOC vineyard alongside Nebbiolo, Timorasso, Sauvignon Bianco and Pinot Nero. We can't wait to see these young vines grow and share their story in our future wines.

These events were also a wonderful opportunity to present our estate and share our philosophy: organic, DOC, sustainable, single-varietal wines. The owner himself introduced our wines and our Grappa, personally. The feedback was excellent, and we are already excited about the coming vintage. Our Spumante and Nebbireale are sold out, so we kindly ask for a little patience until next year. We are grateful for the appreciation and pleased about this promising start. It is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes that were handpicked, fermented for 3 weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel barrels, before resting for 18 months in oak barrels.  But not only the last of 2022' harvest has been bottled, the two Chiarettos 2023 Nebbicrush and Nebbiblushas well as the Monferrato Red, our Nebbibello 2023 were bottled.
