It is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes that were handpicked, fermented for 3 weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel barrels, before resting for 18 months in oak barrels.  But not only the last of 2022' harvest has been bottled, the two Chiarettos 2023 Nebbicrush and Nebbiblushas well as the Monferrato Red, our Nebbibello 2023 were bottled.
