Our Grappa is produced and bottled by Mazzetti d’Altavilla Monferrato in close proximity to our Tenuta.

The history of Tenuta CostaRossa dates back to 1850. When we bought the estate at the end of 2021, we were determined to restore it to its former glory and make it a producing winery again. One of the previous owners was an iconic figure not only for CostaRossa but also for the region. That someone was Commendatore Brussatore, to whom we dedicate our first grappa.

Nebbicrush is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes that were handpicked, fermented and riped for 4 months in temperature controlled stainless steel barrels. The wine should be served at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius. alc. 13% vol

Fubine Monferrato – Italia
Colour: amber orange, a colour reminiscent of rose but at the same time indicating that we should perhaps notexpect a classic terrace rose here, so it does arouse curiosity (especially because of the grape variety).
Aroma: inviting, fresh, fresh red fruit, pleasant.
Flavour: fresh acidity, noticeable but soft tannins, dry, the fruit of the aroma follows in the taste, pleasant forNebbiolo Lovers.
Food pairing: apertivo with bruschette, salame, anything with a greasy or salty touch, fried vegetables.
Nebbiblush

Nebbiblush is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes that were handpicked, fermented for 3 weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel barrels and aged for 4 months in French oak barriques. The bouquet is delicate with pleasant notes of red fruit and is slightly boise. The wine has a very well balanced taste and good structure. The pleasant
acidity gives this fully bodied wine a special touch. The wine should be served at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius. alc. 13% vol
Colour: similar to Nebbicrush
Aroma: fine nose reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries, slightly reminiscent of cherries on liqueur and some soft wood notes.
Flavour: structured, dry, some body, fruit and tannin (nicely balanced).
Food pairing: here we can already move up a bit to poultry, maybe even white meat (pork/calf) on hot days,grilled/fried fish (be careful with the tannin structure though) or meal salads.
Nebbibello

ROSSO / DOC
Nebbibello is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes that were handpicked, fermented for 3 weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel barrels and riped for 4 months in French oak barriques. The bouquet is fine with pleasant notes of red fruit and jam with a delicate boise note. The taste has a good structure with balanced acidity and a fruity finish. The wine should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. alc. 14,5% vol
Colour: transparent yet fairly full for a Nebbiolo
Aroma: a bit closed after opening the bottle but that settles down after half an hour, soft red fruit, fine andpleasant, a gentle spiciness.
Flavour: immediately after opening the typical tannins and dryness and slim body, comes into its own after halfan hour, is then much softer, finer and shows more body (>14.5%). Has a fine rather long finish when the dryness wears off a bit.

Nebbichic is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes that were handpicked, fermented for 3 weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel barrels and riped for 12 months in French oak barriques. The bouquet is fine with pleasant notes of red fruit and is slightly boise. The taste is well structured and balanced. This nicely bodied wine has a fruity finish. with balanced acidity and a fruity finish. It should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. alc. 14,5% vol

The bouquet is fine with pleasant notes of red fruit and jam, with a delicate roasted note. The taste has soft tannins with a finish of ripe fruit and vanilla notes. This wine is nicely bodied with a strong structure and balance. The wine should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. alc. 14,5% vol
